Utila Lodge Natural Aquarium Project

Utila Lodge Natural Aquarium
Three dry runs have been done for the new guided snorkeling trips under the Lodge dock and all is looking good for official opening October 3rd.
The new Lodge Dock Natural Aquarium will allow visitors and locals the opportunity to see and learn about common species of aquatic life in Utila. With the two artificial reefs, which one was recently constructed to monitor the rate of colonization, and a controlled environment, guests can easily see around 30 to 40 species in under an hour. More news, photos, and information to come in the next few days.
